Kesar Coconut Ladoo (Festive Special)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 6–8 Saffron Tree Classic saffron strands
  • 2 tbsp warm milk
  • ¼ tsp cardamom powder
  • Chopped pista & almond

Recipe:

  1. Soak saffron in warm milk (2–3 mins)
  2. Heat pan, add coconut + condensed milk
  3. Mix well till it thickens
  4. Add saffron milk + cardamom
  5. Let cool slightly
  6. Shape into ladoos & garnish with dry fruits
